LLB is actively involved in master planning work in the largest academic building at Bryant University. The process is ongoing but the master plan that has been developed is already begun to be implemented with the renovation of the University Advancement suite in the Summer of 2008. Projects on deck for the Summer of 2009 include 6 new classrooms, new faculty suites, and the updated Academic Center for Excellence.
The overall goal of the work in the Bryant Unistructure building has been to untangle unintended renovations over time that have often led to fragmented space usage. There is also a need and a goal to create more classroom space. LLB has worked carefully with the teachers, administrators and facilities people at Bryant to craft a renewed master plan that works toward overcoming the challenges that exist, while at the same time creating very thoughtful and detailed learning environments.
A multi – disciplinary, award – winning architecture firm, Lerner | Ladds + Bartels has left its imprint on the landscape for over 70 years.
