Minden Hall

The Minden Hall project was a fast-track interior renovation on a residential dormitory for use by Brown University. Completed over the summer session, the eight-story, 80,000 square foot project included installation of a new lighting system, finishes, and tel/data infrastructure and distribution.

Like many of our projects, L|L+B has maintained its records from its past work on Minden Hall, including existing schemes for a proposed elevator expansion. In this way we may use our previous knowledge coupled with renewed exploration when additional work arises to achieve the most desirable outcome.
