St. Francis de Sales

The current campus of St. Francis de Sales consists of two main structures: The rectory/office building and the church/parish center building. The location of the parish within its geographical territory is central to the approximately 2500 member families and the significant number of members of adjacent parishes who participate in St. Francis activities. The rectory/office building was the first building constructed. The original structure is made up of traditional small rooms with extremely low ceilings. The other building on the campus is the church with the attached parish center. By 1975 the construction of a 2-story parish center was added. The parish center is significantly undersized at approximately 20,000 sq. ft. on two levels.
Lerner | Ladds + Bartels assembled a group of Industry professionals to
individually assess the various building components and compile a report. L|L+B reviewed numerous drawings of the existing buildings received from the pastor. Following the drawing-review, interiors and exteriors of each building were thoroughly photo-documented and
correlated with the drawings as a means for identifying deficiencies. Based on these reports and site observations, it will be possible to determine a realistic cost projection for maintenance or replacement of the respective systems.
