Architecture firm Mackey Mitchell, a nationally- recognized residence hall design expert, L | L + B is in the Schematic Design phase for the construction of Phase I of the Baird Hill Residence Complex, with 454 beds, multi-purpose spaces, and classrooms to support both living and learning. As part of the URI campus ‘gateway,’ this LEED-Silver project aims to engage students through the creation of dynamic social spaces designed to promote student interaction on both an academic and recreational level.
